The «king of practitioners» (sādhakendra) who reaches fifteen lakhs has integrated within themselves the qualities of the four types of celestial beings now serving them: the spiritual perfection of the siddhas, the cosmic knowledge of the vidyādharas, the harmony and art of the gandharvas, the grace and beauty of the apsarases. External mastery reflects internal integration.

Tri-pañca-lakṣa = fifteen lakhs (three times five = fifteen, ×100,000), sādhakendra = king of practitioners (sādhaka = practitioner, indra = the powerful, the sovereign), dhīmān = the wise one. Siddhas are those perfected by spiritual practice, vidyādharas vidyā-bearers in the aerial realm, gandharvas celestial musicians, apsarases paradise dancers.

The fifteen lakhs represent the wholeness of a puraścaraṇa (complete ritual preparation cycle) on a grand scale. In tantric arithmetic, fifteen has special significance: it corresponds to the fifteen kalās (lunar phases) of the complete cycle minus the dark moon, i.e., the moon in its full manifest splendor. The sādhakendra at this point is the «full moon» of mantric power.
