Commentary
This refrain verse (dṛḍhavāda, absolute certainty declaration) closes the celestial beings’ siddhis cycle with the guarantee formula running throughout the passage. «No need for deliberation» (nātra kāryā vicāraṇā) eliminates doubt’s space: the text is not offering possibilities but certainties. The condition is only one: actual practice.
Vaśam āyānti = come under control (vaśa = power of attraction and control, a central tantric concept covering from love spells to cosmic harmonization), sarve = all without exception, nātra = not here (na + atra = not here, not at this point), kāryā = must be done (necessary), vicāraṇā = deliberation, reflective doubt.
The refrain «nātra kāryā vicāraṇā» repetition throughout the mantric siddhis passage has a specific rhetorical function: deactivating the practitioner’s doubting mind that tends to generate exceptions and conditions. The text says: no ifs, no buts, no deliberation needed. Only practice.
