Viśvarūpa-Darśana Yoga · Verse 4
मन्यसे यदि तच्छक्यं मया द्रष्टुमिति प्रभो | योगेश्वर ततो मे त्वं दर्शयात्मानमव्ययम्
manyase yadi tac chakyaṃ mayā draṣṭum iti prabho | yogeśvara tato me tvaṃ darśayātmānam avyayam
If You think it can be seen by me, oh Lord, oh Lord of Yoga, then show me Your imperishable Self.
Manyase yadi — if You think — Arjuna submits to the Lord’s judgment. Śakyam mayā draṣṭum — can be seen by me — not everyone can see the viśvarūpa.
Yogeśvara — Lord of Yoga — master of mystic power. Only by His grace (anugraha) can one see what is beyond the material senses.
Ātmānam avyayam — Your indestructible Self — not the temporary body, but the eternal reality.
