सर्वस्रोतोनिबन्धेन प्राणशक्त्योर्ध्वया शनैः । पिपीलस्पर्शवेलायां प्रथते परमं सुखम् ॥

sarvasrotonibandhena prāṇaśaktyordhvayā śanaiḥ | pipīlasparśavelāyāṃ prathate paramaṃ sukham ||

By closing all the apertures [of the body], with prāṇa-śakti ascending slowly — at the moment of feeling a tingling like ants, the supreme bliss expands.

Fifty-second technique. The last of the body group. Sarvasrotonibandhena — closing all the body’s apertures. The senses withdraw. Prāṇaśaktyā ūrdhvayā śanaiḥ — with prāṇa-śakti ascending slowly.

Pipīlasparśavelāyām — at the moment of touch like ants. A precise phenomenological description: when energy rises up the spine, it feels like a tingling, subtle itching. Kuṇḍalinī practitioners recognize this sensation.

Prathate paramaṃ sukham — the supreme bliss expands. It does not appear. It expands. It was already there, contained. The ascending energy liberates it. This technique connects the Vijñāna Bhairava with haṭha yoga tradition and kuṇḍalinī awakening, but without the technical complexity of other texts.
