Everything is Brahman, formless, of the nature of existence-consciousness-ecstasy. Seeing this, the sage is free from all fear, free from all desire. The last appearance of this vision in the text is also the most silent. In chapter 20, there is nothing left to add. The truth has been said so many times that it no longer needs to be said — only to be. Everything is Brahman, and this “everything” includes the very repetition, the text that declares it, and the silence that follows.
