Mokṣa-Sannyāsa Yoga · Verse 36
सुखं त्विदानीं त्रिविधं शृणु मे भरतर्षभ | अभ्यासाद्रमते यत्र दुःखान्तं च निगच्छति
sukhaṃ tv idānīṃ tri-vidhaṃ śṛṇu me bhāratarṣabha | abhyāsād ramate yatra duḥkhāntaṃ ca nigacchati
But now hear from Me the triple pleasure, oh bull of the Bhāratas, wherein through practice one enjoys, and attains the end of pain.
New tripartite analysis: sukham (pleasure/joy). Abhyāsāt — through practice, disciplined repetition. Ramate — enjoys, finds satisfaction.
Result: duḥkhāntam — end of duḥkha, termination of suffering. Pleasure according to guṇas has different consequences — some lead to liberation, others bind more.
