Akṣara-Parabrahman Yoga · Verse 8
अभ्यासयोगयुक्तेन चेतसा नान्यगामिना | परमं पुरुषं दिव्यं याति पार्थानुचिन्तयन्
abhyāsa-yoga-yuktena cetasā nānya-gāminā | paramaṃ puruṣaṃ divyaṃ yāti pārthānucintayan
Constantly meditating with mind not wandering, united to the yoga of practice, one reaches the Divine Supreme Person, oh Pārtha!
Method: abhyāsa-yoga — yoga of repeated practice, spiritual habit. Cetasā nānya-gāminā — with mind that doesn’t go elsewhere, exclusively concentrated.
Anucintayan — “thinking after, reflecting continuously.” Not occasional meditation, but constant contemplation (anusmaraṇa). Result: paramaṃ puruṣaṃ divyaṃ — the supreme and divine Puruṣa.
