Tṛtīyopadeśaḥ (Mudrā) · Verse 36

खेचरीमुद्रया योगी सिद्धानां सिद्धिमाप्नुयात् | महासिद्धिं च लभते योगी योगपरायणः ||

khecarīmudrayā yogī siddhānāṃ siddhim āpnuyāt | mahāsiddhiṃ ca labhate yogī yogaparāyaṇaḥ ||

Khecarī grants siddhi — spiritual powers — and mahāsiddhi — the great perfection of complete liberation.

The siddhis are capacities like clairvoyance, healing, mastery over the elements. The mahāsiddhi is the state of union with the divine, beyond all powers.

The practitioner “dedicated to yoga” (yoga-parāyaṇaḥ) is one who has made this practice their existential priority. Such results require such commitment.
