य इमं मनुष्येषु विदित्वा मनुष्येषु वसन् य इमं मनुष्येषु विदित्वा मनुष्येषु वसन्
ya imaṃ manuṣyeṣu viditvā manuṣyeṣu vasan ya imaṃ manuṣyeṣu viditvā manuṣyeṣu vasan
Who, knowing this among humans, dwells among humans. Who, knowing this among humans, dwells among humans.
Third repetition, completing the triple pattern. In our yoga practice, this insistence underlines that illumination is not solitary. The sage does not retreat to caves or forests but “dwells among humans” —manuṣyeṣu vasan. This is jīvanmukti, liberation in life: knowing ultimate Reality while fully participating in human existence. The triple affirmation is stability: knowledge has settled, life flows from understanding, the duality between sacred and mundane has dissolved.
