य इमं मनुष्येषु विदित्वा मनुष्येषु वसन् य इमं मनुष्येषु विदित्वा मनुष्येषु वसन्

ya imaṃ manuṣyeṣu viditvā manuṣyeṣu vasan ya imaṃ manuṣyeṣu viditvā manuṣyeṣu vasan

Who, knowing this among humans, dwells among humans. Who, knowing this among humans, dwells among humans.

Fourth repetition, extending the pattern. In our yoga practice, this insistence teaches us patience: the message is not to be heard once but to be internalized. “Knowing this” —the ākāśa antarhṛdaya, ultimate Truth— transforms our dwelling among humans. It does not make us superior or distant but present, compassionate, free. The repetition is manana, the contemplation that carries knowledge from head to heart, from theory to living.
