Śūnya Dhāraṇā · Dhāraṇā 30

तनूदेशे शून्यतैव क्षणमात्रं विभावयेत् । निर्विकल्पं निर्विकल्पस्वरूपो भवेत्ततः ॥

tanūdeśe śūnyataiva kṣaṇamātraṃ vibhāvayet | nirvikalpaṃ nirvikalpasvarūpo bhavet tataḥ ||

Contemplate the void in any part of the body, if only for an instant. Free of mental constructs, one becomes the very nature free of constructs.

Thirtieth dhāraṇā. Of disarming simplicity. Tanūdeśe — in any place of the body. Any. The knee. The shoulder. The little finger. Śūnyataiva — the void itself. Kṣaṇamātram — only for an instant.

You need no hours of meditation. You need no special place of the body. One instant of void perception at any bodily point suffices. Nirvikalpam nirvikalpasvarūpaḥ — free of constructs, you become your own nature free of constructs.

The technique is almost absurdly easy to describe and extraordinarily difficult to realize. Because kṣaṇamātram — a single instant — of true void perception requires that mind stop completely. And when it stops, even for a blink, reality reveals itself.
