void · Dhāraṇā 29
अपानप्राणयोर्गतेः अन्तरे शून्यतां ध्यायन् । विज्ञानभैरवीरूपा भैरवी व्यज्यते स्वयम् ॥
apānaprāṇayor gateḥ antare śūnyatāṃ dhyāyan | vijñānabhairavīrūpā bhairavī vyajyate svayam ||
Meditating on the void between the paths of apāna and prāṇa — Bhairavī, who has the form of the Vijñāna Bhairava knowledge, reveals herself spontaneously.
Twenty-ninth technique. Combines breath and void. Apānaprāṇayoḥ gateḥ antare — in the interval between the paths of apāna (descending prāṇa) and prāṇa (ascending). Two currents of vital energy moving in opposite directions. Between them: void.
Śūnyatāṃ dhyāyan — meditating on that void. Not as philosophical concept. As direct experience of space between two movements of energy. The point where the rising force and descending force meet and mutually cancel.
Vijñānabhairavīrūpā bhairavī vyajyate svayam — Bhairavī, whose form is the Vijñāna Bhairava itself, reveals herself spontaneously. The text names itself here. The feminine energy of consciousness does not need invocation. When you create the right space, it manifests on its own.
