The Ātman is always formless and always liberated. Because it has nothing to gain or lose, there is nothing to accept or reject. Simply remaining aware of this is itself the freedom and peace that no circumstance can disturb. In chapter 7 this is the resting place after the dissolution of karma and destiny.
