Kṣetra-Kṣetrajña Yoga · Verse 30

प्रकृत्यैव च कर्माणि क्रियमाणानि सर्वशः | यः पश्यति तथात्मानमकर्तारं स पश्यति

prakṛtyaiva ca karmāṇi kriyamāṇāni sarvaśaḥ | yaḥ paśyati tathātmānam akartāraṃ sa paśyati

Who sees that all actions are performed by nature alone, and thus sees the Self as non-doer, he truly sees.

The vision of non-doership (akartṛtva). All activity (karma) is performed by prakṛti — the psycho-physical complex — through the play of guṇas.

The Self is the witness (sākṣī) but not the agent. This realization ends the sense of personal doership that binds one to the fruits of action.

Sa paśyati — he truly sees — for this knowledge liberates from the burden of agency while allowing action to continue naturally through the body-mind instrument.
