Daivāsura-Sampad-Vibhāga Yoga · Verse 11
चिन्तामपरिमेयां च प्रलयान्तामुपाश्रिताः | कामोपभोगपरमा एतावदिति निश्चिताः
cintām aparimeyāṃ ca pralayāntām upāśritāḥ | kāma-upabhoga-paramā etāvad iti niścitāḥ
Taking refuge in immeasurable anxiety until the end of dissolution, believing the enjoyment of desire is supreme, convinced that this is all.
The mental state of the asura. Cintām aparimeyām — immeasurable (aparimeya) anxiety (cintā), endless. It lasts pralayānta — until cosmic dissolution, that is, perpetual.
Their goal: kāma-upabhoga-paramaḥ — one for whom the enjoyment (upabhoga) of desire (kāma) is supreme (parama). Their conviction: etāvat — only this, nothing more. This is absolute hedonism that denies everything beyond immediate pleasure.
