पद्मासने स्थितो योगी बद्ध्वा चैव च जालिनीम् | धारयित्वा यथा न्यायं पूरयित्वा च मारुतम् ||
padmāsane sthito yogī baddhvā caiva ca jālinīm | dhārayitvā yathānyāyaṃ pūrayitvā ca mārutam ||
Standard preparation for Śakticālana: lotus, bandhas, kumbhaka. The structure of these practices is similar because they all seek the same thing: to concentrate and elevate prāṇa.
