Śvetāśvatara Upaniṣad · 6..19
य इमं मनुष्येषु विदित्वा मनुष्येषु वसन् य इमं मनुष्येषु विदित्वा मनुष्येषु वसन्
ya imaṃ manuṣyeṣu viditvā manuṣyeṣu vasan ya imaṃ manuṣyeṣu viditvā manuṣyeṣu vasan

Thirteenth repetition, extending the liturgy beyond what seems reasonable. But in the mystical tradition, repetition has a purpose: to carry the mind beyond conceptual meaning toward direct presence. In our yoga practice, this is niddhidhyāsana, the deep and repeated contemplation that dissolves doubt. The sage who knows and dwells is the ideal of jīvanmukti —liberation in life, not after death. The thirteenth repetition brings us closer to the end of this Upaniṣad.
