Eighty-third dhāraṇā. Total peripheral gaze. Paryanteṣu samantataḥ — at the borders, in all directions. Not looking at the center but at the limits. Where does what you see end? Where are the borders of the visual field? The borders of auditory perception?

Tattvato jñātvā — knowing the truth of this. The truth is that borders do not really exist. The more you seek them, the more they expand. The universe has no paryanta — no perimeter. Each apparent border is the beginning of something more.

Cittaṃ dadāti viśvagam — the mind surrenders to the all, becomes omnipresent. When you stop seeking limits, the mind itself loses its limits. It expands with that which it tries to encompass. It stops being my mind and becomes mind without borders. That is viśvagam — going everywhere, being everywhere.
