The chapter closes as it must: the Ātman is formless, eternally free. Nothing to accept, nothing to reject. Be conscious of this and you will be forever free, forever at peace. Chapter 5’s contribution is the shift from negation to affirmation — not only “I am not this” but “I am sat-cid-ānanda.”
