Vijñāna Yoga · Verse 18

उदाराः सर्व एवैते ज्ञानी त्वात्मैव मे मतम् | आस्थितः स हि युक्तात्मा मामेवानुत्तमां गतिम्

udārāḥ sarva evaite jñānī tv ātmaiva me matam | āsthitaḥ sa hi yuktātmā mām evānuttamāṃ gatim

All these are noble, but the sage I consider to be My own Self. For established in Me, with mind united, he reaches the supreme goal that is Me.

All four types are udārāḥ (noble, generous of spirit). But the jñānī is special: Kṛṣṇa considers him ātma eva — “My own Self.” It is intimate identification.

Result: yuktātmā (united) established (āsthitaḥ) in Kṛṣṇa reaches anuttamāṃ gatim — the goal that has no superior (an-uttama). It is liberation jīvan-mukti and videha-mukti.
