Tṛtīyopadeśaḥ (Mudrā) · Verse 45
Identical to 3-37 and 3-41, completing the chapter on Khecarī. The extended description occupies 21 verses, reflecting the supreme importance of this practice.
The vision of the brahmarandhra and the knowledge of Brahman are the culminating result. Everything previous is preparation for this.
For the modern practitioner, “gentle” Khecarī remains a practice of extraordinary value, accessible without the extreme physical preparation described in older texts.
