Tṛtīyopadeśaḥ (Mudrā) · Verse 60
प्राणायामैरनेकैश्च युक्तो योगी समाहितः | मुद्राभ्यासरतो नित्यं योगी योगपरायणः ||
prāṇāyāmair anekaiś ca yukto yogī samāhitaḥ | mudrābhyāsarato nityaṃ yogī yogaparāyaṇaḥ ||
Closing the chapter with focus on dedication. The successful yogi combines prāṇāyāma and mudrās in constant daily practice.
“Concentrated” (samāhitaḥ) describes the resulting mental state. It is not dispersal but total collection of energy in the object of meditation.
“Always dedicated” (nityaṃ rataḥ) — the key is constancy. Not practicing intensely one day and abandoning for a week, but sustained dedication day after day.
