शक्तिसंगमसंक्षुब्धशक्त्यावेशावसानिकम् । यत्सुखं ब्रह्मतत्त्वस्य तत्सुखं स्वाक्यमुच्यते ॥

śaktisaṃgamasaṃkṣubdha-śaktyāveśāvasānikam | yat sukhaṃ brahmatattvasya tat sukhaṃ svākyam ucyate ||

The happiness that arises at the end of absorption into śakti, agitated by union with śakti — that happiness of the reality of Brahman is said to be one's own.

Hundred-second technique. Śakti meeting śakti. Śaktisaṃgamasaṃkṣubdha — agitated by the union of śaktis. Can be read literally as sexual union or metaphorically as the union of prāṇa and apāna, of iḍā and piṅgalā, of individual and universal consciousness.

Śaktyāveśāvasānikam — what remains at the end of absorption into śakti. Āveśa — possession, total absorption. When energy completely takes the individual. Avasānikam — the final, what remains when the process culminates.

Yat sukhaṃ brahmatattvasya tat sukhaṃ svākyam ucyate — that happiness of Brahman’s reality is said to be one’s own. It is not Brahman’s happiness lent to the individual. It is your own happiness. Svākya — one’s own. Brahman does not give you his bliss. You discover that your bliss was always Brahman’s bliss. There is no difference.
