Chapter 3 · Verse 10

नाहं देहो न मे देहो बुद्धिर्नाहं न मे मनः

nāhaṃ deho na me deho buddhir nāhaṃ na me manaḥ

A double negation on both identity and possession: I am not the body, the body is not mine; I am not the intellect, the mind is not mine. Both being and having are denied. Having abandoned everything, the instruction is simple: be happy (sukhī bhava), be free (mukta bhava), be the Supreme Consciousness (parama caitanya bhava). Chapter 3 thus completes its arc from describing the sage’s qualities to providing the culminating injunction — not a command to do something but a reminder to be what you already are.
