The Blessed Lord said: Those who fix their mind on Me, who worship Me always with great faith and are absorbed in Me, they, in My opinion, are the most united in yoga.

Kṛṣṇa answers directly: concentrated bhakti is the superior yoga. The key lies in mayy āveśya mano — fixing the mind completely on the Divine, not in a fragmented manner.

Two qualities define these excellent yogīs: nitya-yukta — unwavering constancy, and śraddhayā parayā — supreme faith that transcends intellectual doubt. This śraddhā is not blindness, but trust born of inner conviction.

The expression yukta-tamā — “the most united” — establishes a hierarchy within yoga itself. There are degrees of unification with the Divine, and total absorption in the personal form represents its culmination.
