Deha Dhāraṇā · Dhāraṇā 47

करणकिञ्चिद्योगेन प्राणादिसंयमेन वा । तत्त्वध्यानाद्वथा शून्यं भूयश्चैतन्यमात्मनि ॥

karaṇakiñcidyogena prāṇādisaṃyamena vā | tattvadhyānād vathā śūnyaṃ bhūyaś caitanyam ātmani ||

By some yoga of the sense organs, or by restraint of prāṇa, or by meditation on reality-categories, or by void — consciousness again arises in the Self.

Forty-seventh dhāraṇā. Summary-verse offering four paths. Karaṇakiñcidyogena — by some yoga of the senses. Any technique using senses as door. Prāṇādisaṃyamena — by control of prāṇa. The breath techniques already described.

Tattvadhyānāt — by meditation on reality-categories. The 36 tattvas of Kashmir Śaivism, from Śiva to earth. Athā śūnyam — or by void. Direct contemplation of voidness.

Bhūyaś caitanyam ātmani — consciousness arises again in the Self. Bhūyaḥ — again. Consciousness was always there. Only obscured. Any of these four paths restores it. Bhairava is not dogmatic. The map is multiple. The territory is one.
