Vijñāna Yoga · Verse 22

स तया श्रद्धया युक्तस्तस्याराधनमीहते | लभते च ततः कामान्मयैव विहितान्हि तान्

sa tayā śraddhayā yuktas tasyārādhanam īhate | labhate ca tataḥ kāmān mayā eva vihitān hi tān

Endowed with that faith, he strives to worship that deity, and obtains from it his desires, for in truth they are dispensed by Me.

With śraddhayā yuktaḥ (united with faith), īhate (strives, actively occupies himself) in ārādhana (worship, adoration) of the deity.

Obtains kāmān (desires), but mayā eva vihitān — “dispensed/ordered by Me Myself.” The demigods are means; Kṛṣṇa is the final source. This reinforces that worship of others is valid but indirect.
