या प्राणेन संभवत्यदितिर्देवतामयी । गुहां प्रविश्य तिष्ठन्तीं या भूतेभिर्व्यजायत । एतद्वैतत् ॥ ७ ॥
yā prāṇena saṃbhavaty aditir devatāmayī | guhāṃ praviśya tiṣṭhantīṃ yā bhūtebhir vyajāyata | etad vai tat || 7 ||
The Aditi that arises with prāṇa, full of divinities — entering the cave and remaining there, she is born through the elements. This is in truth That.
This verse presents a feminine vision of the cosmic principle.
Yā prāṇena saṃbhavati — the one who arises with prāṇa. The cosmic vital breath.
Aditir devatāmayī — Aditi, full of divinities. Aditi is the Mother of the gods, the unlimited.
Guhāṃ praviśya tiṣṭhantīm — entering the cave and remaining. The sacred inner dimension.
Yā bhūtebhir vyajāyata — she who is born through the elements. Manifestation through matter.
Etad vai tat — this is in truth That.
This vision complements the previous verse, showing that Brahman can be conceived in masculine and feminine aspects, both residing in the heart of being.
