Chapter 2 · Verse 13

अहं निराकारोऽस्मि नित्यं निर्विकल्पः शिवः

ahaṃ nirākāro'smi nityaṃ nirvikalpaḥ śivaḥ

Janaka declares his realization: he is formless (nirākāra), eternal, without conceptualization (nirvikalpa), and auspicious (śiva). If one is truly without form and beyond concepts, what could possibly be lost or gained, accepted or rejected? The entire logic of acquisition and rejection belongs only to one who identifies with the body-mind complex. For the one who knows themselves as the formless witness, these categories dissolve entirely.
