Who does not exist in this world, nor in the other world; without impurities in the whole world, that one is called Brahman.

Natthi — does not exist. Not that one has died, but one does not identify with existence in any realm. One is not in this world (ito loke) nor in the next (paraloke).

Āsava — impurities, flows. Without them, the Brahman is not caught in any state of existence.
