What has rays, what is subtler than the subtle, in whom the worlds and their inhabitants are established — that is the Immutable Brahman, it is the breath, the word, the mind. That is the truth, that is immortality. That, O noble one, you must know.

Arcimat — what has rays, the resplendent. The source of all light, material and spiritual.

Aṇubhyo’ṇu — subtler than the subtle. Infinitely refined, ungraspable by the senses.

Yasmin… nihitāḥ — in whom are established. The support, the base, the field in which everything exists.

Akṣaraṃ brahma — the Immutable Brahman. What never exhausts, never corrupts, never changes.

Sa prāṇaḥ — it is the breath. The life of all that lives.

Vāk manaḥ — the word and the mind. Expression and thought.

Satyaṃ amṛtaṃ — truth and immortality. The reality that never dies.

Veddhavyaṃ — you must know. Imperative: this is not optional but essential.

Yoga culminates in this direct knowledge, not as information but as realization.
