Dhyāna Dhāraṇā · Dhāraṇā 12
सर्वत्र भैरवं भावमिन्द्रियैर्यन्मनोगतम् । उदयावेदकं सर्वमुपलभ्योदयो भवेत् ॥
sarvatra bhairavaṃ bhāvam indriyair yan manogatam | udayāvedakaṃ sarvam upalabhyodayo bhavet ||
Everywhere the state of Bhairava — what goes to the mind through the senses. Perceiving all as emergence of consciousness, awakening arises.
Twelfth technique. Sarvatra bhairavaṃ bhāvam — everywhere, the state of Bhairava. Each sensory datum, each thought that arises, is a manifestation of absolute consciousness. There is no profane perception.
Indriyair yan manogatam — what arrives at the mind through the senses. Every color, sound, texture, taste, smell. Every thought that appears. All of it is udaya — emergence, arising, dawn.
Upalabhya udayo bhavet — perceiving this emergence, one awakens. The instruction is to contemplate every perception as a dawn of consciousness. Not analyzing. Not judging. Simply recognizing that each perception is Bhairava manifesting through the senses.
