Deha Dhāraṇā · Dhāraṇā 44

यत्र यत्र मनस्तुष्टिर्मनस्तत्रैव धारयेत् । तत्र तत्र परानन्दस्वरूपं संप्रकाशते ॥

yatra yatra manas tuṣṭir manas tatraiva dhārayet | tatra tatra parānandasvarūpaṃ saṃprakāśate ||

Wherever the mind finds satisfaction, fix the mind right there. There, in every case, the nature of supreme bliss manifests.

Forty-fourth technique. The most permissive in the text. Yatra yatra manas tuṣṭiḥ — wherever the mind finds satisfaction. Without restrictions. Without hierarchies. Without “this is spiritual and that is not.”

Manas tatraiva dhārayet — fix the mind precisely there. Not somewhere more “elevated.” Right where satisfaction naturally arises. Full attention to legitimate pleasure is the technique.

Tatra tatra parānandasvarūpam saṃprakāśate — there, in every case, the nature of supreme bliss reveals itself. Supreme bliss is not in metaphysical heaven. It is in every moment of genuine satisfaction, if attention is acute enough to recognize it. Bhairava destroys all hierarchy between sacred and profane. All is sacred when perceived correctly.
