Tṛtīyopadeśaḥ (Mudrā) · Verse 22
नित्यं षण्मासमभ्यस्तो महावेधविचक्षणः | निर्विकल्पं मनः कृत्वा योगी योगपरायणः ||
nityaṃ ṣaṇmāsam abhyasto mahāvedhavicakṣaṇaḥ | nirvikalpaṃ manaḥ kṛtvā yogī yogaparāyaṇaḥ ||
The practice period of Mahāvedha: the same as Mahābandha, six months of daily practice to master the technique.
The result is the same: mind nirvikalpa — without fluctuations, stable in its own nature. The three great techniques converge in the same final state.
The repetition of these verses suggests that the three practices can be seen as aspects of a single complete technique, or as progressive stages of a path.
